I created a lot of food composites for single, double and front pages, working with great art directors.

Magazines at that time supported decent budgets for propstyling, in order to create interesting moods and styles.

This was a great time for food photgraphy, now all the budgets for propstyling have been cut drastically!

BBC Vegatarian was launched in 1992 and unfortunately shut down in Jan 2000.
